Each day is nine hours long. We start with about three hours of practice, taught by faculty. Each day's practice is designed around a type of pose or another core component of practice. Hands-on adjustments are also taught and practice during these sessions, and copious background information is provided throughout.
All of the rest of the time is spent applying the things that were learned in the online courses: participants take part in group and individual sequence writing exercises, teaching practice classes and real classes taught to the public, and leading and engaging in discussions about yoga and its pedagogy.
